MONROE — Amy J. Holst, 32, was arrested on a probation hold issued by Wisconsin Department of Corrections at 2:58 p.m. Dec. 2 at the Green County Probation and Parole Office in Monroe. She was jailed. 

● Steven West, 30, Juda, was arrested on a charge of violating his probation and parole conditions at 2:11 p.m. Dec. 3 in the N2300 block of Twin Grove Road, Town of Jefferson. He was jailed. 

● Angelico Barios Cervates, 22, Davis, was cited for driving without a valid license, second offense within three years, at 4:33 p.m. Dec. 4 in the W1700 block of Wis. 11, Town of Spring Grove.  

● Thomas J. Brewer, 46, Albany, turned himself in on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at 3:32 p.m. Nov. 8 at the Green County Sheriff’s Office. He was jailed. 

● Richard A. Johnson, 45, Brodhead, was cited for driving without a valid license, his third offense within two years at 1:42 a.m. Nov. 9 in the W5200 block of Wis. 11, Town of Monroe. He was also warned for speeding and no proof of vehicle insurance.

● Christopher A. Humphrey, 35, Browntown, was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:42 p.m. in the 300 block of South Church Street in Browntown. He was jailed. 

● Curtis L. Curry Jr., 25, Janesville, a walk-away Huber inmate turned himself in on an escape warrant at 6:39 p.m. Nov. 13 at the Green County Jail. He was jailed.

● Daniel E. Bliss, 40, Monroe, was arrested on a probation violation at 12:24 p.m. He was jailed. 

● David, Mendez, 54, Monroe, was arrested on a probation violation at 4:33 p.m. He was jailed.  

● Glenda I. De Paz Perez, 17, was cited for speeding and driving without a valid license, her second offense within three years, at 1:21 a.m. Nov. 20 in the W5000 block of Wis. 11, Town of Monroe. 

● Vicent Gutierres-Villalba, 29, Fitchburg, was cited for driving after revocation at 4:28 a.m. Nov. 21 in the N4500 block of Wis. 69, Town of Monroe. 

● Reginald L. Reed, 43, Beloit, was cited for driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL and no lease agreement at 3:27 a.m. Nov. 24 in the W5200 block of Wis. 11, Town of Monroe. 

● Shasta C. Howell, 43, Brodhead, was arrested on a warrant issued by Beloit Police Department at 6:58 p.m. Nov. 25 in the N2200 block of County T, Town of Spring Grove. She was released after posting bond. 

● Levi J. Rundle, 25, Albany, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated, resisting/obstructing an officer, knowingly fleeing an officer and possession of a firearm while intoxicated at 1:26 a.m. Nov. 26 in the W3200 block of County EE, Town of Mount Pleasant. He was also cited for speeding and reckless endangerment. He was jailed. 

● Patrick D. Horn, 39, Brooklyn, was arrested on a fourth-offense charge of operating under the influence and possession of THC at 5:41 p.m. Nov. 29 in the 200 block of Division Street in Brooklyn after deputies located him asleep behind the wheel. 

● Deputies responded for a suspicious vehicle report at 1:46 p.m. Nov. 30 in the N2400 block of County GG. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Valerie L. Corp, 42, Lena, on a warrant for failure to pay fine. She was transported to the Brodhead Police Department. She was released after posting bond. 

● Abby L. Jensen, 35, Brooklyn, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court at 9:14 p.m. Dec. 1 in the N9500 block of Legler Road, Town of Brooklyn. She was jailed.

He was also cited for possession of THC and drug paraphernalia. A passenger, Tina A.M. Hanson, 27, Stoughton, was cited for possession of THC and drug paraphernalia. Bongiovanni was jailed. 

●  Kory R. Costa, 26, Monroe, was arrested on a third-offense charge of operating under the influence and misdemeanor bail jumping at 2:51 a.m. Dec. 12 on Haddinger Road and Advance Road, Town of Clarno. He was further charged with resisting/obstructing an officer, damage to property and disorderly conduct. He was cited for failure to keep vehicle under control, operating without an IID installed, failure to notify police of an accident, hit-and-run to property and driving after revocation. He was jailed.

MONROE — Jeffrey A. Arneson, 23, Avoca, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at 2:05 a.m. Dec. 4 at a business in the 1300 block of 17th Street after refusing to leave. He was released to a responsible party after posting cash bond. 

On Dec. 5: 

●  Leah R. Schiltz, 30, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 1:25 a.m. in the 600 block of West 8th Street. She was also cited for improper left turn and driving left of center. She was released to a responsible party. 

●  Olman A. Ortiz Rivera, 34, was arrested on a charge of bail jumping at 6:16 p.m. in the 800 block of 15th Avenue. He was released. 

Timothy J. Decker, 39, was arrested on a probation violation at 8 p.m. Dec. 11 in the 900 block of 10th Avenue West. He was also charged with possession of methamphetamine. He was jailed. 

●  Dustin J. Olson, 32, Monroe, was arrested on a second-offense charge of driving without a valid license at 2:32 a.m. Dec. 12 in the 700 block of 21st Street. He was released. 

●  Riley R. Costa Spohn, 25, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of theft and a probation violation at 12:43 p.m. Dec. 13 at a residence in the 400 block of 4th Avenue. He was jailed. 

●  Daniel J. Thruman, 38, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for being a party to forgery and driving without a valid license at 1:19 p.m. Dec. 14 in the 300 block of 6th Avenue West as a result from an investigation into a series of forged check cases. Jennifer K. Panos, 35, Monroe, was arrested on five counts of forgery. Both were jailed.
