On September 22:

● At 1:13 a.m., officers arrested Alex D. Gilbertson, 20, of Argyle, at a business in the 600 block of West 8th Street, following a complaint of a vehicle operator sleeping behind the wheel of a vehicle with the engine running. Gilbertson was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense, and was also cited for underaged person transporting alcohol in motor vehicle and possession of false identification. Gilbertson was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
