On September 16:

● 2:30 p.m. Woodford and Argyle Fire responded to Spore RD, Argyle Township for a combine on fire.

● 7:01 p.m. A deputy responded to Roaster RD, Benton Township for a vehicle vs pedestrian. Gerald P Berning, 86, Cuba City was traveling westbound on Roaster RD on his TREK bicycle when he was struck by a 1999 Chevrolet being operated by Tyson F Dietzel, 39, Cuba City. Berning was transported to the Hospital and later Medflighted to UW. Dietzel was uninjured and both vehicles were towed from the scene. Dietzel was cited for Failure to Maintain Control and Motor Vehicle Windows not reasonably clean. Hazel Green Fire and Southwest Health EMS assisted.

On September 17:

● 6:50 p.m. Argyle Fire and EMS responded to E Milwaukee ST in the Village for a cooler fire.

On September 18:

● 1:55 p.m. Deputies responded to CTH Y, Wiota Township for a domestic dispute.

● 5:12 p.m. Tamra L Millard, 39, Warren reported striking a deer on CTH W, Benton Township. No injuries were reported. Millard’s 2023 Subaru received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

● 6:01 p.m. A deputy responded to E Milwaukee ST, Village of Argyle for trespassing. As a result, Brooke K Ostrander, 30, South Wayne was cited for Trespassing. 

On September 19:

● 6:06 a.m. Tyler J Stutz, 38, Monroe reported striking a deer on STH 81, Elk Grove Township. No injuries were reported. Stutz’s 2017 Chevrolet received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

On September 20:

● 3:00 p.m. Deputies responded to E North ST in the City of Darlington to assist with a domestic dispute.

On September 21:

● 10:09 a.m. Deputies responded to CTH N, Wayne Township for a one vehicle rollover. South Wayne First and Fire and Green County EMS assisted on scene.

● 4:55 p.m. Deputies responded to CTH F, Fayette Township for a one vehicle rollover. Darlington Fire and Lafayette County EMS assisted on scene. Amy L Piazza, 54, Blanchardville was traveling northbound in a 2007 Toyota when she lost control and entered the southbound ditch, coming to rest on its side. Piazza denied EMS and her vehicle was towed from the scene.
