MONROE — The Green County Family YMCA and YMCA Foundation will have its 39th annual meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4 at Ludlow Mansion, 1421 Mansion Dr., Monroe. The meeting will include the annual reports for both the YMCA and the YMCA Foundation.
