MONROE - Monroe Stamp and Postcard Club will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 12, in the second floor meeting room of the Monroe Public Library to discuss the Oct. 9 stamp, postcard and coin show.
Stamp packets for the show will also be assembled at the meeting.
The purpose of the club is to aid in the collection of any item that may have gone through the mail. Items include, stamps, postcards, letters and other postal history.
