MONROE - The Monroe Parks and Recreation Department will begin taking shelter, community center, bandshell and pool reservations for the 2013 year on Wednesday, Jan. 2. Reservations are for the shelter only. The park facilities, restrooms in shelters, and parking lots are for general public use.
