NEW GLARUS - High School students of Green County have been invited by the Green County Council of the American Legion High School Oratorical Scholarship Program. The contest for Green County students has been arranged with the full cooperation of Wisconsin school officials. The contest will be conducted at New Glarus High School on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011.
