Kathleen and Ole Bartelt announce the engagement of their daughter, Gretchen, to Devon Miller, son of Brian and Theresa Miller.
The couple will be married on Oct. 6, 2012 at St. John's United Church of Christ, Monroe. A reception at Turner Hall will follow.
The groom-to-be works as a software engineer for Direct Supply. He graduated from Gresham High School in 2002, and then attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
The bride-to-be is in global communications for Johnson Controls. She is a 1998 Monroe High School graduate and went to the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities for broadcast journalism.
The couple lives in Milwaukee.
