To the editor:
As an independent I will be voting to re-elect Todd Novak for state Assembly.
Todd is an independent voice for southwest Wisconsin. He has a high bipartisan voting record, and at times he has even voted against his own party for the benefit of our district. Todd said "no" to the governor's cuts to education and Senior Care, and he authored several bipartisan laws.
Todd puts the needs of southwest Wisconsin above petty politics. I'm proud he is my state Assemblyman because of the work he's done with members of both sides of the aisle.
Our communities benefit from representation that won't "rubber stamp" partisan legislation. It's for this reason that I'll be voting to re-elect Todd Novak on Nov. 8 and I encourage you to join me.
