PLATTEVILLE - Senior Mitchell Steiner of the Argyle-Pecatonica golf team shot an even par-71 to take first place in the 26th annual Dick McKichan Invitational at the Platteville Country Club on Saturday.
Steiner took medalist honors out of 75 golfers that included 15 teams from Division 2 and 3 schools.
"Mitchell kept his streak of good starts going," Argyle-Pecatonica golf coach Chris Holcomb said.
Junior teammate Matthew Severson took fourth with a 9-over-par 80. Argyle-Pecatonica shot 345 as a team for fourth place.
