MONROE - The Monroe baseball team had five players receive honorable mention all-conference honors from the Badger South Conference.

Monroe's recipients were seniors Kevin Klopfenstein and Alex Einbeck, junior Ryan Hughes, sophomore Chase Hellenbrand, and freshman Jaron Kuester.

The Cheesemakers finished the year with a 2-20 record and bowed out in the first round of the WIAA playoffs to Clinton.
