MILTON - The Milton girls soccer team scored in extra time to hand Monroe a 3-2 loss in Badger South Conference play Thursday.
The Cheesemakers trailed 1-0 late in the first half before sophomore Vanessa Studer scored an unassisted goal at 32:08 to knot the score at 1-1 entering halftime.
Milton went ahead 2-1 with a goal at 41:33, but Studer tied it up on a penalty kick at 70:27.
The score stayed at 2-2 through the end of regulation, sending the game into overtime. At 83:51, Milton got the game-winner.
Senior Rachel Wellnitz made 11 saves in goal for the Cheesemakers.
Lodi 3, Sugar River 2
LODI - All the scoring took place in the first half, with the Blue Devils getting goals in the 27th and 35th minutes in the Capitol Conference contest.
Lodi got the first goal in the 7th minute, but the Raiders (4-3-2, 2-1-0 Capitol Conference) countered on junior Karly Anderson's unassisted goal in the 14th minute to tie it at 1-1.
Junior Shelby Hubbard gave the Raiders a 2-1 lead with an unassisted goal in the 19th minute but Lodi goalkeeper Olivia Gallagher shut out the Raiders the rest of the way. Senior goalkeeper Raylynn Jelle had three saves for the Raiders.
