Cardinals fall to Trojans, 58-52

BELOIT - The Beloit Turner Trojans broke open a close game by outscoring the Brodhead Cardinals, 20-13, in the fourth quarter to pull away for a 58-52 win in Rock Valley South Conference action.

Three players scored in double figures for Brodhead, led by junior J.J. Panoske's 16 points. Junior Nick Jacobson scored12 points and junior Michael Peterson added 11 for the Cardinals (5-4, 2-3 Rock Valley South).

Brodhead next travels to Whitewater on Jan. 14.
