Julie K. Marks

Julie K. Marks, age 63 of Sauk City, formerly of Monroe, died Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at her home. She was born on April 8, 1955 in Monroe, the daughter of Kenneth and MaryAnn (DeVoe) Kleckner. Julie graduated from Monroe High School in 1973 and the Madison School of Cosmetology. She worked as a hairdresser for 20 years and for the last 16 years worked as a dog groomer. She loved animals, traveling, gambling, shopping and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her mother, MaryAnn Matthews of Monroe; 2 sisters: Debra (Dennis) Kleckner- Figi of Monroe and Donna Flynn of Plano, IL; 2 nieces: Kimberly and Amber Flynn; 2 nephews: Brian and Chad Hawthorn; 1 great niece and 1 great nephew; several Aunts, Uncles, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Kleckner.

A celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 pm Sunday, September 9, 2018 at the Moose Lodge 639 3rd Avenue, Monroe, WI.
