Jon Ladd Wagner of Monroe passed away on March 8, 2021 at Maplewood of Sauk Prairie in Sauk City, Wisconsin with family at his side.

He was born on September 22, 1944 in Monroe to John L. and Grace E. (Rear) Wagner. After graduating from Monroe High School in 1962, Jon served in the United States Marine Corp from August 13,1962 to October 17,1966 stationed in Okinawa, Japan and stateside. Following military service, he became a golf professional and was Assistant Pro at North Shore Golf Club in Menasha Wisconsin. Jon was developer and owner of The Depot bar and restaurant in Monroe prior to establishing his computer servicing business.

He is survived by his brother Greg Wagner (Fred Muci) of Madison, sister Chris (Tom) Simonson of Surprise, AZ, nephew Charles Wagner (Leila Furbringer) of Bern, Switzerland, nieces Kari Dierckman (John) Sokol of Sammamish, WA, and Elise Wagner (Pedro Fernandez) of Houston, TX.

Jon was preceded in death by his parents and a niece Jill Dierckman.

Jon was an independent spirit, golf lover, and caring friend.
