Lois Jean Elmer, 89, Monroe, died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2020. A Celebration of Life will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2020 at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home. A private burial will take place at a later date at Greenwood Cemetery in Monroe.
