MONROE — A free yard waste drop-off for Monroe residents will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10 at the Streets and Sanitation Department, 1064 5th Ave., Monroe. Yard waste includes leaves, grass clippings, garden plants, sticks and branches.
