The Monroe school board on Monday, Nov. 25: • Heard an update Superintendent Cory Hirsbrunner on funding for the new elevator. Hirsbrunner said the library board agreed to give the district $80,000 towards the new elevator that was installed during the summer. The library will give the district $40,000 up front and then $10,000 a year for the next four years, Hirsbrunner said.
