MONROE — First National Bank and Trust (FNBT), recently announced that Keith McCormick has been promoted to Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer.
McCormick manages existing agricultural and commercial customers in his role as Vice President Commercial Banking Officer. He works to develop new business relationships and provides sound advice for customers seeking commercial loans.
McCormick graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University as a finance major. He started his banking career with FNBT in August 2010 as a commercial banking trainee, and moved to Monroe in 2011 as a commercial banker where he honed his skills in commercial banking operations and credit risk while completing various projects within his department. McCormick obtained the Credit Risk Certification (CRC) through the Risk Management Association in 2017 and is currently in his third year of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
In his personal time, McCormick enjoys farming, camping, and spending time with his wife, Devin, and two kids, Everett and Annie. He volunteers with Green County’s Habitat for Humanity where he has been a board member since 2013. Additionally, he regularly volunteers during the Green County Cheese Days Festival.
McCormick is based at FNBT’s Monroe bank location at 1625 10th Street in Monroe.
