CARSON, Calif. - Chiropractor Dr. Erich Krahenbuhl was invited to attend the Reebok Crossfit Games this year to offer chiropractic care to athletes competing in the games.
Crossfit is a system that strives to improve a person's total fitness, including endurance, strength, balance and flexibility. The Reebok Crossfit Games began July 11 .
Krahenbuhl was also part of the medical staff on hand at the North Central Crossfit Regional Games held in Chicago May 18-20.
As a chiropractic student, Krahenbuhl was a personal trainer, working with clients ranging from 12 to 78 years of age and all degrees of physical abilities.
Krahenbuhl recently returned to Monroe to build his own practice "Anatomy In Motion Chiropractic."
