On May 6:

● At 10:25 a.m., Deputies responded to the N4600 block of County Highway J, in the Town of Monroe, for a motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Horacio E. Munoz-Vergara, 24 of Barneveld, was traveling northbound when he reportedly swerved to avoid a vehicle traveling southbound in the northbound lane. Munoz-Vergara entered the ditch and collided with a culvert. Munoz-Vergara reported no injuries, was wearing his seatbelt, and the airbags deployed. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
