DARLINGTON - An Evansville man accused of sexual assault and a related charge against two young girls appeared in court Monday to sign a $5,000 signature bond. Timothy James Edwards made his initial appearance in Lafayette County Circuit Court on Monday, his 31st birthday. The bond stipulates he not have any direct or indirect contact with the children.
