MONROE — On Wednesday, Nov. 28:

●  Alexis T. Davis, 17, Monticello, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash reported at 10:20 p.m. in the W4100 block of County C, Town of Mount Pleasant. She was westbound when she lost control of her vehicle on the snow-covered road. The vehicle went into the ditch and hit a utility pole. The vehicle had moderate damage and was driven from the scene. The Monticello Police Department assisted at the scene.

On Thursday, Nov. 29:

●  John E. Cruse III, 69, Belleville, reported no injuries from a one-vehicle crash after deputies responded at 4:26 a.m. to a report of a vehicle in the ditch in the W4500 block of County W, Town of Exeter. Cruse was eastbound when he lost control on the snow-covered road. The vehicle went into the ditch and overturned, coming to rest on the driver’s side. The vehicle was left at the scene. He was cited for failure to report an accident and failure to maintain control of a vehicle.

●  Cheryl J. Denio, 37, Footville, reported injuries but declined medical attention following a one-vehicle accident at 4:34 a.m. in New Glarus. Denio was westbound on County W and attempting to turn north onto Hoesly Drive when she lost control on the snow-covered road. The vehicle struck a curb. An adult passenger was uninjured. The vehicle sustained damage and was towed. Denio was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

●  Michael W. Christen, 33, Brodhead, reported no injuries from a one-vehicle accident at 6:34 a.m. in the W800 block of County F, Town of Decatur. He was westbound when he lost control on the snow-covered road. The vehicle went into the ditch and hit a utility pole. The vehicle sustained damage and was towed. The Brodhead Police Department assisted on scene.

On Saturday, Dec. 1:

●  George L. River, 86, Monticello, reported no injuries from a single-vehicle crash at 6:06 a.m. in the N6400 block of Wis. 69, Town of Mount Pleasant. River was northbound when his vehicle struck a large limestone rock in the roadway. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

●  Anthony R. Anglin, 35, Monroe, reported no injuries from a dump truck vs. power line crash at 10:23 a.m. in the W7900 block of County Y, Town of Jordan. Anglin was eastbound when his dump truck struck power lines hanging low over the road. The dump truck sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene. Alliant Energy responded to the crash site to repair the power lines. County Y was shut down for approximately three hours while the power lines were repaired.

DARLINGTON — On Tuesday, Nov. 27:

●  No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident at 1:03 p.m. on County F, Town of Darlington. Lisa A. Banfield, 50, Platteville, was driving her 2014 Chrysler 300 when she collided with a 2002 Hyundai owned by Michael J. Scott, 34, Platteville, and driven by Amanda L. Groom, 33, Darlington. Both vehicles sustained minor damage and were driven from the scene.

●  Hannah E. McCarthy, 17, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 5:41 p.m. on County F, Town of Darlington. Her 2006 Saturn sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

●  Ancil K. Norland, 61, Argyle, reported hitting a deer at 5:58 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Darlington. Norland’s 2004 Ford sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

On Wednesday, Nov. 28:

●  Mary L. Nagel, 67, Stockton, Illinois, reported hitting a deer at 1:24 a.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot. No injuries were reported. Her 2009 Pontiac sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

●  Gail M. Richardson, 66, Shullsburg, reported hitting a deer at 5 p.m. on County I, Town of New Diggings. No injuries were reported. Richardson’s 2007 Nissan sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

●  A one-vehicle accident was reported at 6:09 p.m. on Wis. 126, Town of Elk Grove.

●  No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle rollover at 6:23 p.m. on County F, Town of Fayette. Scott G. Buttchen, 52, Darlington, was southbound in his 2005 Chevrolet when he lost control. The vehicle entered the west ditch, rolled and came to rest on its side. It had severe damage and was towed. The Darlington Fire Department and Green County EMS of Darlington assisted a deputy on scene.

●  No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at 7:29 p.m. on County W, Town of Monticello. Erica L. Foster, 24, Cuba City, lost control of her 2007 Buick, coming to rest in the ditch. The Buick was removed.

On Thursday, Nov. 29:

●  A one-vehicle accident was reported at 6 a.m. on Truman Road, Town of Kendall, with the Belmont Fire Department and Belmont EMS responding. Jose L. Hernandez-Hernandez, 24, Darlington, was westbound in his 2001 Volkswagen when he lost control. The vehicle crossed the centerline and came to rest in the south ditch after striking a fence. It was towed. Hernandez-Hernandez was cited for failure to keep a vehicle under control.

On Friday, Nov. 30:

●  An accident involving two vehicles and a building was reported at 8:05 a.m. on Golf Course Road, Town of Darlington. A female juvenile driver lost control of her 2004 Pontiac, and the vehicle went off the road, hit a parked 2007 Dodge owned by James L. Gratz, 72, Darlington, and pushed the Dodge into a building. Both the Dodge and the Pontiac, owned by Nadia Alamanaci, 41, Rockford, Illinois, sustained severe damage and were towed. The Darlington Fire Department and Green County EMS of Darlington assisted a deputy on scene.

●  Chloe K. Muhlstein, 17, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 11:08 p.m. on Crist Lane, Town of Darlington. The Darlington Police Department assisted on scene.

On Sunday, Dec. 2:

●  Minor injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at 11:02 a.m. on County G, Town of Belmont. Maximo Mendez-Vazquez, 34, Livingston, lost control of his 2006 Ford and went off the road into the ditch line. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed. Mendez-Vazquez was cited for operating while intoxicated (first offense) and released to a responsible party. The Belmont Fire Department and Belmont EMS assisted a deputy on scene.

●  Hugo P. Espinoza, 68, Monroe, reported hitting a deer at 2:38 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Lamont. His 2002 Jeep sustained minor damage and was towed from the scene.
