MONROE — On Monday, April 20 no injuries were reported from a two-vehicle crash at 9 a.m. in the Town of Jefferson. Kevin J. Ryan, 63, Juda, was westbound on Wis. 11 near County S when he pulled over for a semi-unit with a wide load that was traveling through the intersection. The driver of a westbound vehicle behind Ryan, Virgil E. Helmeid, 83, Brodhead, did not see him pull over and collided with his vehicle. The vehicles sustained minor to moderate damage and were driven from the scene.
