MONROE - No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about midnight Saturday on Wisconsin 69 near Lake Avenue in Monticello. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Blaine E. Oxenreider, 38, Monroe, left the road, went into a ditch, went off a bridge embankment and came to rest in a creek. He said he swerved to avoid an oncoming vehicle. He was arrested for driving while under the influence and released pending court. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 10:30 a.m. Monday on Wis. 81 at Keegan Lane in Jordan township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Alan D. Ihus, 47, Blanchardville, was pulling a trailer when the trailer lost its axles. Ihus was able to drive off the road, but the trailer caused damage to the road.
A vehicle driven by Judith A. Cleasby, 41, Brodhead, collided with a deer on Atkinson Road in Albany township. The vehicle received moderate damage.
A vehicle driven by Lisa M. Flannery, 40, Monroe, collided with a deer at about 5:30 p.m. Monday in the N1400 block of Clarno Road in Clarno township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

DARLINGTON - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 2 p.m. Friday on Wis. 11 at Water Street in Shullsburg. Deputies report Jerry A. Edwards, 55, Scales Mound, Ill., was westbound and unable to avoid striking a pickup truck, operated by Kristopher J. Weiskircher, 24, Shullsburg, as it pulled into the path of his vehicle. The vehicle received extensive damage. Weiskircher was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign.
No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 9:45 a.m. Sunday on Mound Avenue in Belmont. Deputies report William J. Reuter, 28, Shullsburg, struck a vehicle that he was following. Rueter was cited for following too closely. No further information was available.
n No injuries were reported in a hit-and-run accident at about 1:15 a.m. Sunday on County M in Woodford. Deputies report Christopher S. Long, 37, Woodford, was northbound with he struck a legally parked school bus owned by the Black Hawk Schools. Long fled the scene and was located at his residence a short time later. The Long vehicle received extensive damage and was towed. The school bus received moderate damage. Long was arrested for operating while intoxicated and inattentive driving. He was released pending court.
At about 8:45 p.m. Saturday, deputies took a report of a hit-and-run accident that occurred on Main Street in Woodford. Deputies report a vehicle owned by Gregory Anderson, Orangeville, was struck as it sat legally parked. The vehicle that struck the Anderson vehicle left the area without reporting the accident. The incident remains under investigation.
Sietse Dehaan, 47, Cuba City reported striking a deer at about 8:30 a.m. Friday on Wis. 81 in the Town of Seymour. The vehicle received moderate damage.
Gerald H. Holtz, 62, Belmont, reported striking a deer at about 5:15 p.m. Friday on County Z in the Town of Kendall. The vehicle received moderate damage.
Kathy L. Blosch, 44, Darlington, reported striking a deer at about 10:15 p.m. Friday on Wis. 23 in the Town of Willow Springs. The vehicle received moderate damage.
A vehicle-deer accident on Wis. 11 in the Town of Wayne was reported at about 3 a.m. Sunday. Deputies located the accident scene, but the vehicle had left the scene prior to their arrival.

Evaristo Hernandez-Landa, 31, Darlington, and Elizabeth Madrid Rebolledo, 32, Darlington, were both cited for driving without a license and driving without insurance. They were released pending court.
