Monroe Police

MONROE - No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 12:15 p.m. Monday at 8th Street and Wisconsin 69. Police report a vehicle driven by Stephen M. lee, 48, Fort Wayne, Ind., hit a traffic pole. The vehicle received minor damage.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - One person was injured in a motorcycle accident at about 3 p.m. Sunday in the New Glarus Woods Park area. Police report a motorcycle driven by George A. Elliman, 61, Fond du Lac, pulled over to the side of the road and tipped over due to the soft shoulder. Elliman sustained an injury to his ankle but declined medical attention.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 6 a.m. Monday on Purintun Road at County F in Mount Pleasant township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Rodney P. Whitehead, 20, Albany, failed to stop at an intersection because of dense fog. The vehicle hit a stop sign and directional arrow sign. The vehicle received moderate damage.
