MONROE - On Tuesday, Oct. 22:

• Trevor M. O'Connor, 23, Freeport, was taken by private vehicle to the Monroe Clinic ER for treatment of injuries he sustained in a one-vehicle accident reported at 12:34 a.m. in the N1900 block of Wisconsin 69 in Clarno Township. The accident occurred about a half hour earlier. O'Conner reported he swerved to miss a deer in the road, and the vehicle went into the west ditch and rolled several times before coming to rest on its wheels. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed.

• Pamela R. Higham, 48, Blanchardville, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 6:44 a.m. on Wis. 78 near Wis. 39 in York Township. Her vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.

• Tawni R. Stenberg, 53, Monticello, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 7:46 p.m. in the N4800 block of County N in Monroe Township. The vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage and was towed from the scene.

• Hayley L. Jordan, 33, Juda, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 8:49 p.m. in the W3400 block of County KS in Jefferson Township. Her vehicle sustained severe front-end damage and was towed.

• Sheldon E. Tank, 35, Beloit, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 10:40 p.m. on Wis. 11 near Bagley Road in Spring Grove Township. The vehicle sustained moderate front-end and passenger-side damage and was driven from the scene.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Craig A. Jorgenson, 57, South Wayne, reported no injuries at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, after hitting a deer on County N in Wiota Township. His vehicle was moderately damaged.
