Monroe Police

MONROE - Dale L. Meinert, 24, Monroe, was arrested for driving under the influence of an intoxicant after his vehicle hit a street sign at about 12:45 a.m. Sunday in the 3000 block of 13th Street. He was released pending court.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about noon Nov. 16 in the 500 block of 1st Street. Police report a truck driven by Dean F. Pinter, 43, Lodi, was pulling into an alley and hit a parked vehicle owned by Betty L. Everson, 70, New Glarus. Everson's vehicle received extensive damage.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - No one was injured in a one-vehicle at about 6:45 p.m. Sunday on Wisconsin 92 and Sandy Hook Road in Brooklyn township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by James C. Ronspiez, 42, Belleville, swerved to avoid a deer, went into the ditch and hit a storm drain. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.

- A vehicle driven by Pamela L. Scott, 50, South Wayne, collided with a deer at about 6:30 a.m. Friday in the W6300 block of Wis. 11 in Monroe township. The vehicle received moderate damage and was towed.

- A vehicle driven by Jeanne T. Simpson, 44, Brodhead, collided with a deer at about 9 p.m. Friday in the W800 block of Wis. 11 in Spring Grove township. The vehicle received minor damage.

- A vehicle driven by Jeremy D. Nyhus, 26, Blanchardville, collided with a deer at about 10:45 a.m. Saturday on County H in New Glarus township. The vehicle received minor damage.

- A vehicle driven by Verlyn M. Ludwig, 73, Lanark, Ill., collided with a deer at about 12:45 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 69 north of Advance Road in Clarno township. The vehicle received extensive damage.

- A vehicle driven by Richard S. Williston, 49, Orangeville, Ill., collided with a deer at about 10 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 69 south of Advance Road. The vehicle received minor damage.

- A vehicle driven by Dawn M. Dyjach, 42, Mount Horeb, collided with a deer at about 12:30 a.m. Sunday on Wis. 69 north of Old Madison Road in New Glarus township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

- A vehicle driven by Joshua L. Hittesdorf, 25, Blanchardville, collided with a deer at about 1:15 a.m. Sunday on Wis. 69 north of Hefty Road in Washington township. The vehicle received minor damage.

- A vehicle driven by Dennis B. Curry, 62, Footville, collided with a deer at about 6 p.m. Sunday in the W8200 block of Wis. 11 in Cadiz township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 10 a.m. Friday on Wis. 11 in South Wayne. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Shena Ubersox, 29, South Wayne, failed to yield for a vehicle driven by Carson Burmeister, 57, Gratiot, when turning onto Galena Street. Burmeister was not able to avoid hitting Ubersox's vehicle.
