MONROE POLICE

MONROE - No injuries were reported at 4:55 p.m. Thursday after Carl R. Montgomery, 42, Monroe, struck the vehicle of Katherine M. Risley, 34, Monticello, at the intersection of 6th Street and 16th Avenue. Risley was cited for failing to yield the right of way; Montgomery was cited for driving without vehicle insurance. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - No injuries were reported at 9:53 a.m. Thursday after Justin T. Winkofsky, 29, Janesville, struck the vehicle of Edward L. Heeder, 29, Monroe, on County SS, Town of Monroe. Heeder was cited for driving without vehicle insurance. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Thursday:

• No injuries were reported at 1:59 a.m. after Stanley K. Smith, 59, Darlington, struck a deer on Wisconsin 81, Town of Lamont. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 3:45 a.m. after Armin G. Wand, Jr., 60, Argyle, struck a deer on Wis. 78, Town of Blanchard. His vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.
