MONROE - Joyce M. Hummel, 62, Monticello, reported no injuries at 7:21 a.m. Thursday, May 17, after she collided with a deer while driving northbound in the N7200 block of County N in the Town of Washington. The vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.
Donald L. Fimreite, 79, Monroe, and a passenger reported no injuries at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, May 17, after Fimreite collided with a large dog while driving eastbound in the W1700 block of Wisconsin 11/81 in the Town of Spring Grove. The collision caused very minor damage to the bumper, and the vehicle was driven from the scene. Fimreite told deputies the dog fled and was apparently uninjured.
Leah M. Hegi, 21, Brodhead, was injured but declined medical treatment after deputies responded at 7:32 p.m. Thursday, May 17, to a single-vehicle accident on County OK north of Ten Eyck Road in the Town of Decatur. She was headed northbound when a deer reportedly entered the road; she lost control trying to avoid hitting the animal and collided with a bridge, severely damaging her vehicle and causing airbag deployment. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

DARLINGTON - Dillan M. Varner, 20, Blanchardville, reported hitting a raccoon on County N in the Town of Argyle at 3:36 a.m. Thursday, May 17.
