MONROE - A vehicle driven by Chad D. Duhai, 27, Monroe, collided with a donkey owned by William J. McHoes, Monroe, at about 3:45 a.m. Monday on Wisconsin 11 near Ullom Road in Cadiz township. The vehicle received moderate damage. McHoes was cited for animal annoyance-public nuisance and was released pending court.
