Monroe Police

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Wisconsin 69 and 26th Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Nathan A. Howell, 16, Hollandale, hit a vehicle driven by Gary L. Drew, 60, Oxford. Howell was cited for inattentive driving. The vehicles received moderate damages.

MONROE - One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 3:15 p.m. Wednesday on Wis. 59 near Edmunds Road in Albany township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Jason C. Jones, 40, Milton, was making a left turn into a field when it was hit by a vehicle driven by Denise M. Treuthardt, 47, Monroe, that was passing Jones' vehicle. Treuthardt sustained injuries but declined medical treatment. Her vehicle received extensive damage and was towed. Jones' vehicle received minor damage. Jones was cited for driving after revocation.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 6 a.m. Wednesday on County P near Allen Road. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Virgilio Ocampo Jimenez, 35, Monroe, failed to negotiate a curve, went into the ditch and hit a sign. The vehicle was towed from the ditch and driven away. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed. Dense fog was a contributing factor in the crash.

• A vehicle driven by Ryne N. Deleeuw, 23, Rockford, Ill., collided with a deer at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday in the N5800 block of Wis. 69. The vehicle received extensive damage.
