MONROE - On Wednesday, March 12:
William O. Naese, 47, Stockton, Ill., was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle accident in the W7800 block of Wis. 11, Town of Cadiz at 12:01 a.m. Naese was westbound on Wis. 11 when two deer ran into the roadway and hit his vehicle. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
Non-life-threatening injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash in the N5500 block of Wis. 69, Town of Washington at 1:33 p.m. Kasey C. Genthe, 20, Albany, was northbound on Wis. 69 when he reported he passed out, crossed the center line and hit a southbound vehicle driven by James P. Disch, 66, New Glarus. Both Genthe and Disch were injured, Disch was transported via Green County EMS to an area hospital. Genthe refused medical treatment on scene. Both vehicles sustained severe damage and were towed from the scene. Genthe was cited for reckless driving and released pending court. The crash delayed traffic on Wis. 69 and a detour was created onto Harper Road to Gutzmer Road in order to get back on Wis. 69. Deputies, Wisconsin State Patrol, Monticello Police and Fire and Green County Highway departments responded to the scene.
Samuel D. Sink, 22, Monroe, was uninjured when he lost control of his car and crashed into a ditch in the W8000 block of Smock Valley Road, Town of Jordan at 8:55 p.m. Sink reported he was eastbound when his suspension broke, causing him to lose control of the car. The car came to rest in the north ditch. The car sustained moderate damage and was later removed from the scene.

MONROE - On Wednesday, March 12:
No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle crash on Wis. 11 at the Wis. 59 overpass at 8:04 a.m. The vehicle was westbound on Wis. 11 when it slid off the road and hit a guardrail. The vehicle sustained moderate to heavy damage.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of 15th Avenue and 21st Street, Monroe, at 8:45 a.m. A vehicle was southbound on 15th Avenue and slid past a stop sign into the path of a second vehicle that was westbound. The first vehicle hit a pole on the southwest corner of the intersection and came to rest. The first vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene. The second vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene. The pole had minor damage.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident in the 1600 block of 14th Avenue at 9:56 a.m. Marcella N. Ingram, 36, Monroe, was northbound and attempting to pass a vehicle that was turning westbound onto 16 1/2 Street. The two vehicles collided causing moderate damage to both. Ingram was cited for passing a vehicle that was turning left.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday, March 12:
While on patrol a deputy came upon a vehicle in the ditch. Brittany E. Langkamp, 23, Darlington, told the deputy she lost control due to the slippery road conditions. Langkamp reported no injuries and no damage to her vehicle. The deputy provided traffic control until the vehicle was removed by a tow service.
Thomas K. Bobzien, 58, Janesville, was uninjured in a one-vehicle accident on Wis. 11, Gratiot Township at 8:50 a.m. Bobzien was westbound when he lost control of the vehicle due to the slippery roads. The vehicle he was driving hit a guardrail on the north side of the road, then spun around and hit the guardrail again. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
