MONROE - Deputies responded Wednesday, Feb. 27, to 11 calls for vehicles in the ditch. In all cases there were no injuries or property damage.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday, Feb. 27:
Matthew S. Loomis, 35, Apple River, reported no injuries at 4:43 a.m. from a one-vehicle accident on County W in the Town of White Oak Springs. Loomis was westbound when he lost control on the slippery road and his vehicle slid into a guardrail. The vehicle was moderately damaged and towed.
Arturo Hernandez, 53, Chicago Heights, Ill., reported no injuries at 6:54 a.m. from a semi accident on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont. Hernandez was northbound when he lost control on the slippery road and the semi veered into the ditch and then jack-knifed. The semi was towed. Belmont police assisted at the scene.
Donna R. Augustin, 50, Cuba City, reported no injuries at 6:58 a.m. from a one-vehicle accident on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont. Augustin was northbound when she lost control on the slippery road and her vehicle entered the ditch and hit a snow bank. The vehicle was moderately damaged.
Deborah S. Heim, 52, Benton, reported no injuries at 7:53 a.m. after she slid into a stop sign on Main Street at Riverside Drive in Benton. The vehicle was undamaged. The Village of Benton responded to fix the stop sign.
Judith S. Whalen, 54, Darlington, reported at 6:45 p.m. that she hit a deer on Wisconsin 23 in the Town of Darlington.
Elizabeth A. Webb, 39, Dodgeville, reported no injuries at 7:41 p.m. from a one-vehicle accident on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont. Webb was northbound when she lost control on the slippery road and her vehicle hit a guardrail. The vehicle was driven from the scene.
