Monroe Police Department

MONROE - Randy T. Kruser, 43, Monroe, was arrested for third-offense drunken driving, driving after revocation, driving without a valid license causing injury to another person, failure to notify police of an accident, hit and run to an attended vehicle, disorderly conduct, battery, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping following a disturbance and traffic crash at about 9 p.m. near the intersection of 9th Avenue and 21st Street. Police report Kruser's vehicle hit a vehicle driven by Tyler J. Newcomer, 19, Browntown. Newcomer sustained injuries but declined medical attention. The vehicles received moderate damage. Kruser was jailed.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 11 a.m. Sunday on Wisconsin 92 south of Remey Road in Exeter township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Travis J. Wealti, 20, Belleville, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Mark D. Morrow, 45, Belleville, as it stopped for two deer in the road. Morrow and a passenger, Laura A. Morrow, 45, Belleville, sustained injuries but declined medical attention. Morrow's vehicle received extensive damage and was towed. Wealti's vehicle received moderate damage. Wealti was cited for following too close and released pending court.

• Two people were injured in a motorcycle versus deer accident at about 7:15 p.m. Sunday on Pioneer Road east of Hustad Valley Road in New Glarus township. Deputies report a motorcycle driven by Brad C. Shulka, 32, Monticello, collided with a deer. Shulka and a passenger, Lauren K. Shulka, 33, Monticello, were taken to the Monroe Clinic for injuries.

• No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 8:30 a.m. Sunday on Wisconsin 104 south of County C. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Volodymyr Tykhonenko, 32, Wheeling, Ill., attempted to pass a farm tractor and wagon driven by Gerald R. Lange, 53, Evansville, and collided with the tractor as it attempted to make a left turn. Tykhonenko's vehicle received extensive damage. The tractor received moderate damage.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 4:30 p.m. Saturday on Wisconsin 23 in Willow Springs township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Corey M. DeCola, 19, Darlington, swerved to avoid an animal in the road, left the road, went into a ditch and hit an embankment. The vehicle rolled. DeCola was taken to the Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County for injuries. He was cited for failure to have control of a vehicle and an instructional permit violation. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.

• A vehicle driven by Dorothy A. Seffrood, 57, South Wayne, hit a deer at about 6 a.m. Sunday on Wisconsin 11 in Wayne township. The vehicle received moderate damage.
