MONROE - On Sunday, June 9:
Brandon Mitchell Clark, 17, Albany, was flown by MedFlight helicopter to the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison for treatment of injuries he sustained in a crash at 9:32 a.m. in Albany Township. Clark was northbound on Tin Can Road, north of Zurfluh Road, when he swerved to miss a deer and lost control. The vehicle collided with a bridge and tree. The vehicle was towed. The accident remains under investigation.
Amanda Jo Farley, 23, Capron, Ill., was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 2:23 p.m. on Wisconsin 81 near Klondike Road in Jordan Township. The vehicle sustained minor damage and was towed.
Dennis L. Cleaveland, 62, Monroe, reported no injuries from a deer vs. vehicle crash at 3:26 p.m. in Sylvester Township. The vehicle was struck by an eastbound deer as Cleaveland drove westbound on Wis. 59 east of County SS. The vehicle was driven from the scene.
Alma E. Mentz, 22, Monroe, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 8:23 p.m. on County N north of Indergand Lane in Monroe Township. The vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.

DARLINGTON - No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident in the designated parking area at the Lafayette County Dairy Breakfast at 8:06 a.m. Saturday, June 8. David J. Buglass, 70, Argyle, was backing from a parking spot when he apparently pushed the gas pedal instead of the brake pedal. His vehicle veered into the side of a passing vehicle driven by Paul L. Benson, 43, Belmont. Both vehicles were moderately damaged, and Buglass' was towed. Neither driver or their passengers reported injuries.
Eugene Mlsna and his passenger Merrianne Mlsna, both 65 and from Pardeeville, were seriously injured in a motorcycle crash on Wis. 11 in Gratiot Township at 10:43 a.m. Saturday, June 8. Eugene Mlsna was eastbound when a deer ran across the road in front of him. He was unable to avoid hitting the deer and lost control of the motorcycle. He and Merrianne Mlsna were ejected. He was taken to Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County. She was flown by MedFlight helicopter to the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison. The 2001 Harley Davidson motorcycle was moderately damaged and towed. The Gratiot Fire Department, Gratiot First Response, Rural Medical Ambulance and Warren EMS assisted at the accident scene. Merrianne Mlsna was listed Monday in good condition at UW Hospital, according to a hospital representative.
Wyatt J. Ramstack, 17, South Wayne, was taken by EMS to Monroe Clinic for treatment of non-life threatening injuries he sustained in a rollover accident in Wiota Township at 12:39 p.m. Saturday, June 8. Ramstack was southbound on County N when he lost control on a curve, then over-corrected as his vehicle dropped off the right shoulder, causing the vehicle to go back across the road and overturn in a ditch. It landed on its roof. The 2005 Jeep Liberty was extensively damaged and towed. The Woodford Fire Department, Woodford First Response and Argyle Ambulance responded to the scene.
