MONROE - No injuries reported during a two-vehicle accident at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 11th Street and 13th Avenue. William M. Osbaugh, 16, Brodhead, reportedly struck a vehicle driven by Samantha G. Bell, 17, Monroe. Osbaugh was cited for failure to yield right of way from stop sign.

MONROE - Barry D. Scheel, 63, Monticello, reported hitting a deer at 4:50 a.m. Wednesday on County C, east of Studer Lane in the Town of Washington. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
- No injuries reported during a one-vehicle accident at 9:02 p.m. Wednesday in the west 200 block of Wisconsin 59 in the Town of Albany. Albarto Lobato, 31, Monroe, was driving west on Wis. 59, reported seeing a tree at the last minute, swerved to the south shoulder and entered the ditch area. The vehicle received moderate damage and was towed from the scene. Lobato, according to police, will be cited for no vehicle insurance.
- No injuries reported following a two-vehicle accident at 9:48 p.m. Wednesday in the west 200 block of Wis. 59. Tara J. Porter, 21, Evansville, was driving west on Wis. 59, when she saw a car in front of her making a U-turn, which was driven by a Andrew T. Beach, 25, Monroe. Porter attempted to slow but her vehicle began to hydroplane from water on the road and struck Beach's vehicle from the rear end. Both cars received moderate damage to them and they were driven from the scene.
