MONROE - On Friday, no injuries were reported at 11:40 a.m. after Kira Y. Briggs, 20, Monroe, struck a parked vehicle in the 900 block of 11th Street. Briggs was cited for failing to maintain control of a vehicle. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
On Sunday, no injuries were reported at 11:01 p.m. after Nathaniel R. Hoiby, 30, Monroe, struck another vehicle in the 1000 block of 17th Avenue. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage.

MONROE - On Friday:
No injuries were reported after Michael R. Torrisi, 62, South Wayne, struck a deer in the W8700 block of Wisconsin 11, Town of Cadiz.
No injuries were reported after Karen B. Nafzger, 53, New Glarus, struck a deer in the N5700 block of Wis. 69, Town of Mount Pleasant.
On Saturday:
No injuries were reported at 3:05 a.m. after Michael C. Rogge, 63, Albany, struck a traffic sign in the N5000 block of Wis. 104, Town of Albany. Rogge's vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.
A driver was injured at 5:25 a.m. after Andrea Ramirez-Arellano, 35, Janesville, drove into a ditch in the N5000 block of Wis. 104, Town of Albany. Ramirez-Arellano was injured but declined treatment and was cited for driving with a revoked license. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene. Another driver, Edgar Eduardo Ramirez-Arellano, 18, Janesville, was also cited for driving without vehicle insurance.
A driver and a passenger were injured at 4:21 p.m. after Zachary L. Spangler, 27, Oregon, crossed the center line and struck the vehicle of Lisa A. Fransen, 47, Monroe, in the W2500 block of Wis. 11, Town of Jefferson. Fransen was injured but declined treatment, while a passenger in Spangler's vehicle, Derek J. Sturdevant, 24, Janesville, was injured and transported to a local hospital. Sturdevant was arrested on a probation violation, while Spangler was arrested for driving while intoxicated (third offense), possession of a controlled substance and a probation warrant. Fransen's vehicle sustained minor damage, while Spangler's sustained moderate damage.
LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF
DARLINGTON - No injuries were reported at 5:46 p.m. Sunday after Bret E. Paulson, 21, Monroe, struck a deer on County D, Town of Wiota. His vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
