BRODHEAD POLICE

BRODHEAD - No injuries were reported at 2:29 p.m. July 12 after a vehicle backed into a parked vehicle in the 1500 block of East 5th Avenue. No citations were issued.



MONROE POLICE

MONROE - No injuries were reported at 1:29 p.m. Friday after Theresa M. Perkins, 73, Monroe, struck a vehicle driven by a 65-year-old Monroe man. Perkins was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way while making a left turn.



NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - No injuries were reported at 1:42 p.m. Saturday after a hit-and-run accident in the 10 block of 4th Avenue. The suspect vehicle was unidentified and fled the scene. The case remains under investigation.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On July 8, no injuries were reported at 3:38 a.m. after Bradley D. Brausen, 19, Monroe, struck a parked vehicle in the W6400 block of Melvin Road, Town of Clarno. Brausen left the scene before law enforcement arrived. An investigation identified Brausen and had him cited for driving with a revoked license and failure to notify law enforcement of an accident. A passenger, Bryce W. Harmon, 19, Monroe, was also cited for failing to report an accident.

On Friday:

• Three people were injured at 2:59 p.m. after a car vs. motorcycle collision at the intersection of Mount Hope Road and Rock Hill Road, Town of Spring Grove. Lynne M. Paulli, 51 Brodhead, failed to yield the right of way from a stop sign and struck a motorcycle driven by Jeffrey W. Williams, 59, Brodhead. Williams was ejected from his bike and slid along the road. Williams was transported to a local hospital, along with two passengers in Paulli's vehicle, both of whom were children. Paulli was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign. Both vehicles sustained severe damage and were towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported after Kevin J. Parman, 41, New Glarus, struck a deer in the N6800 block of County N, Town of Washington.

On Saturday:

• A driver was injured at 11:01 a.m. after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of County N and Iliff Road, Town of Monroe. Benjamin C. Swedlund, 23, Monroe, failed to yield the right of way and struck a vehicle driven by Collin M. Nack, 31, Monroe. Swedlund was transported to a local hospital for injuries sustained in the crash. Nack was uninjured. Swedlund was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign. Both vehicles sustained severe damage and were towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported after Karly N. Ready, 16, Monticello, struck a deer in the N9500 block of County O, Town of New Glarus.

• No injuries were reported after Roger L. Jameson, 63, Monroe, struck a deer in the N7500 block of County CC, Town of Exeter.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Saturday, no injuries were reported at 11:48 a.m. after Alice R. Bredson, 74, Darlington, struck a guardrail on County F, Town of Fayette. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage.

On Sunday, no injuries were reported at 10:22 p.m. after Steven D. Kraus, 55, Argyle, struck a deer on County N, Town of Argyle. His vehicle sustained minor damage.
