MONROE - One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident around 5 a.m. Wednesday at Allison Road and Gutzmer Road in Mount Pleasant township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Lindsay R. Heimann, 20, Monroe, skidded through the intersection and hit a cement bridge rail. Heimann sustained non-life threatening injuries but declined medical attention at the scene. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.
• A vehicle driven by Jon E. Eichelkraut, 41, Blanchardville, hit a deer around 4:45 p.m. Wednesday in the W6900 block of Wisconsin 39 near Marty Road. The vehicle received moderate damage.
