Green County Sheriff

MONROE - triple-axle milk truck sustained minor damage at 12:24 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, when it slid backwards down a hill as driver Curtis P. Fairchild, 55, Afton, maneuvered it into a private driveway on Towns Road west of Rechsteiner Road in the Town of Sylvester. The milk truck overturned onto its passenger side. A tow service recovered the truck.

- No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle rollover at 6:16 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, after driver Michael A. Nybroten, 34, Madison, hit a snowdrift in the N8200 block of Wisconsin 104 in the Town of Brooklyn. The jolt caused Nybroten to swerve the vehicle into the ditch, where it rolled over onto its passenger side. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed from the scene.

- No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle crash at 11:26 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, after Jennifer A. Blaser, 34, Monroe, lost control of her vehicle on a snow-covered section of Wisconsin 11 near Keller Road in the Town of Clarno. The vehicle sustained minor damage and was towed from the scene.

- Monte C. Molencamp, 48, Monticello, reported no injuries at 8:52 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, after he collided with a deer in the N4300 block of County N in the Town of Monroe. The vehicle was moderately damaged and driven from the scene.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident at 11:58 a.m. Friday, Feb. 24, after Robyn M. Hartwig, 31, Cuba City, lost control of her vehicle due to slippery conditions on Center Drive Road in the Town of Elk Grove. She crossed the road into the opposite ditch and hit a fence. The vehicle was moderately damaged.

- No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident at 2:27 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, after Chayse A. Hermanson, 19, Darlington, lost control of her vehicle on the snow-covered road on County F in the Town of Willow Springs. She slid into the ditch and hit an embankment and a post. The vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

- A deputy reported a vehicle slide-off on Wis. 126 in the Town of Belmont at 10:16 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26. The driver could not be located. Since the vehicle posed a traffic hazard, it was towed from the scene.
