Green County Sheriff

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident around 11 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Wisconsin 69 and Wis. 39 in the village of New Glarus. Deputies report a New Glarus Police Department squad vehicle operated by Szvon D. Conway, 30, Monroe, was completing a left turn from Wis. 69 onto Wis. 39, when he collided with a vehicle operated by Carolyn R. Cassin, 25, Madison. Cassin was stopped at the intersection on Wis. 39/6th Avenue. Cassin's vehicle received minor damage; the police squad received moderate damage. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - No one was injured in a one-car accident around 10:45 p.m. Thursday on Wis. 23 in Darlington township. Deputies report Brandi Ruf, 23, Darlington, was northbound when she lost control of her vehicle, causing it to cross the road and over turn in the west ditch. Neither Ruf nor a passenger, Katelyn R. Kammerud, 22, Darlington, were injured. The vehicle received moderate damage.

• A vehicle driven by Michael Brummel, 49, Argyle, hit a deer around 6:45 p.m. on County A in Argyle township. The vehicle received minor damage.
