MONROE - No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident at about 8 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of 17th Avenue and 25th Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Lauryn M. Shippy, 16, Monroe, collided with a vehicle driven by Flor De American Koller, 40, Monroe. Shippy was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign.
