MONROE - On Tuesday:
• Deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash with injuries at 3:52 p.m. in the W2200 block of Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Spring Grove. Esteban Dominguez, 39, Beloit, was eastbound on Wis. 11 when he began slowing for a stopped vehicle and was rear ended by a vehicle driven by Dana M. Casselman, 25, Monroe. Casselman was not injured in the crash. Dominguez was injured but declined medical attention. Casselman's vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene. Dominguez's vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed. Casselman was cited for driving without insurance and driving without capable brakes. Dominguez was cited for driving without a valid license. Both were released pending court.
