MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 12:45 p.m. Tuesday on County C, near Trumpy Road, in Mount Pleasant Township. Deputies report a snowplow driven by Jeffrey Vandlin, 47, Monroe, was traveling eastbound on County C, plowing snow, when an eastbound semitrailer driven by Forest Schryvers, 76, Brodhead, attempted to pass the snow plow at the same time Vandlin was coming back onto the highway, and the two vehicles collided. The semitrailer received extensive damage and was towed from the scene. The plow truck was not damaged, but the plow blade received moderate damage.

• No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident that took place Wednesday, Dec. 9. Deputies were called to investigate a report of the traffic crash at about 2 p.m. Tuesday. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Alvin F. Tschudy, 63, Monroe, had collided with a Jefferson Township plow during the snowstorm. Tschudy was given a Wisconsin Department of Transportation self-reporting form.
