Monroe Police

MONROE - No injuries were reported Wednesday in a two-vehicle accident on the Wisconsin 11 ramp at 6th Avenue West. Susan J. Oneill, 67, Monroe, was driving a vehicle that hit the back of a vehicle stopped at a stop sign, driven by a 30-year-old woman from New Glarus. Both vehicles sustained minor damage and were driven from the scene. Oneill was cited at 4:10 p.m. for following too closely.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Barbara K. Noble, 68, Monroe, was uninjured after her vehicle hit a post at the Town of Monroe Recycling Center at 10:56 a.m. Wednesday. Noble was turning into the recycling center when her vehicle hit the post. The vehicle received moderate driver's side damage and was driven from the scene.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - A deputy's vehicle hit a dog on Porter Road, Wiota Township, at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday. The dog was injured and contact was made to the owner. The squad car was not damaged.
