MONROE - No injuries were reported at 11:50 a.m. Friday after Randy L. Goecks, 31, New Glarus, struck the vehicle of a 70-year-old Monroe man at the intersection of 8th Street and 1st Avenue. Goecks was cited for failing to obey a road sign.
GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF
MONROE - On Friday, a driver was injured at 11:49 p.m. after a one-vehicle crash at the W1800 block of County OK, Town of Decatur. Sierra L. Swoboda, 21, Brodhead, lost control of her vehicle and entered a ditch, where she struck a silo bag. Swoboda was injured and was transported to the Monroe Clinic. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.
On Saturday:
A one-vehicle crash was reported at 2:01 p.m. in the W4800 block of County C, Town of Mount Pleasant. An investigation revealed that a vehicle lost control on a curve and struck a mailbox before entering a ditch. The vehicle was not at the scene when police arrived. The case remains under investigation.
A motorcyclist sustained minor injuries at 4:31 p.m. after Ryan W. Rosheisen, 44, Brodhead, lost control of his bike on loose gravel and crashed on Decatur Road, Town of Decatur. Rosheisen declined treatment for his injuries. His vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
On Sunday:
No injuries were reported at 2:29 a.m. after Ben J. Erickson, 19, Stoughton, entered a ditch in the N7700 block of Wis. 104, Town of Brooklyn, where he drove through two road signs and multiple bushes. Erickson left the scene but was found shortly thereafter. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated (first offense), and was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign and committing a hit-and-run. His vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.
No injuries were reported at 2:55 p.m. after Madeline E. Kuhl, 16, Davis, Ill., failed to negotiate a curve in the N100 block of County T, Town of Spring Grove, and entered a ditch, where she struck a fence. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
No injuries were reported at 11:36 p.m. after Nolan M. Kicmol, 16, Albany, entered a ditch in the W400 block of English Settlement Road, Town of Albany, when the vehicle's steering locked up. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

DARLINGTON - No injuries were reported at 10:36 p.m. Saturday after David R. Sauer, 63, Darlington, struck a cow on County F, Town of Darlington. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.
