MONROE - One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 10 a.m. Tuesday at 11th Street and 7th Avenue. Police report a vehicle driven by Olga L. Heberer, 45, New Glarus, collided with a vehicle driven by John L. Rife, 56, Lena, Ill., A third vehicle, driven by Jolene M. Rabb, 33, Freeport, Ill., braked to avoid a collision. A passenger in Rabb's vehicle complained of injuries. Green County Emergency Medical Services assisted at the scene. Heberer was cited for failure to yield the right of way. The vehicles received moderate damage.

DARLINGTON - Penny Berget, 44, Gratiot, was cited for drunken driving and failure to maintain control of a vehicle following a one-vehicle accident at about 10:15 p.m. Tuesday on Wisconsin 78 in Wiota township. Deputies report her vehicle left the road and overturned. She sustained minor injuries.
• A vehicle driven by Jamie Wilson, 26, Shullsburg, hit a deer at about 4 p.m. Tuesday on County O in Kendall township.
• A vehicle driven by Jay Stauffacher, 43, Darlington, hit a deer at about 8 p.m. Tuesday on Wis. 23 in Willow Springs township.
