MONROE - On April 4:
No injuries were reported during a two-vehicle crash at 3:29 a.m. on the exit ramp from Wis. 11 to Wis. 81 in Monroe. Jolee E. Ubersox, 25, South Wayne, was traveling westbound on Wis. 11 when she attempted to exit Wis. 11. Ubersox then failed to stop at the stop sign with Wis. 81 due to snow and ice covered roadway. Ubersox traveled through the intersection and was struck by Mary J. Hamilton, 46, Monroe. Both vehicles sustained damage and both were driven from the scene. Ubersox was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign and released pending court.
No injuries were reported during a motor vehicle crash at 6:39 a.m. in the W4000 block of Wis. 11 in the Town of Sylvester. Mike S. Paulson, 56, Monroe, was westbound on Wis. 11 when he lost control on the ice/snow covered roadway and entered the ditch and overturned the vehicle onto its side. The vehicle sustained functional damage and was towed from the scene. Green County EMS and Juda First Response also responded.

Jackson, 20, Browntown, was traveling east on Wis. 11 when the vehicle in front of her began to slow down and stop. Jackson was not able to slow down and stop in time and she struck the vehicle in front of her. Jackson sustained minor injuries and declined medical attention. Jackson's vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. The second driver was identified as Andrew P. Boom, 30, Monroe. Boom was stopped in the lane of traffic and was yielding to the right away for emergency vehicles when he was rear-ended. Boom was transported to the hospital for minor injuries. His vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Jackson was cited for going too fast for conditions and released pending her court date. Green County EMS and the Juda Fire Department also responded.

Ostby, 56, rural New Glarus, was northbound on County J when she failed to negotiate the curve, left the roadway, and struck a wooden post. The vehicle sustained functional damage and was towed from the scene.
