MONROE POLICE

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 3:30 p.m. Monday at 4th Avenue West and 7th Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Dustin D. King, 23, Beloit, collided with a vehicle driven by Mark G. Deckler, 51, Freeport, Ill. King was cited for unsafe backing and released pending court. Deckler's vehicle received moderate damage.

• No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about noon Monday in the 400 block of 8th Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Diane M. Wachowski, 65, Monroe, collided with a vehicle driven by Barbara A. Bowen, 77, Polo, Ill. Bowen's vehicle received minor damage.

• No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 11 a.m. Monday in a parking lot in the 1600 block of 26th Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Dennis R. Griffin, 57, Rockford, Ill., collided with a legally parked vehicle owned by Brian D. Jenson, Monroe. Jenson's vehicle received minor damage.

GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - No one was injured when an item fell from a vehicle and hit another vehicle at about 3:45 p.m. Monday on County N in New Glarus township. Deputies report an unknown object had blown out of the truck bed of a vehicle driven by Jeffrey L. Thomm, 62, Monroe, and hit a vehicle driven by Shawn R. Kraemer, 34, New Glarus. Kraemer's vehicle received minor damage.

• A vehicle driven by Robert P. Granger, 44, Stoughton, collided with a deer at about 8:15 p.m. Monday on Buckskin Road near County J in Monroe township. The vehicle received moderate damage and was towed.

• Jamie T. Schmid, 30, Juda, reported Monday that he hit a raccoon March 31 at the intersection of County C and County CC in Mount Pleasant township. There was damage to his vehicle, but deputies couldn't determine what caused the damage due to the time delay in reporting the crash.
